Real growth starts from within
For more than 20 years, Manufaktur für Wachstum has supported leaders, teams and organizations in shaping collaboration in a more conscious, human and effective way. At the center of their work lies not short-term optimization, but the topics behind the topics: inner attitude, interpersonal dynamics and the search for an authentic “why”. Our task was to translate the depth, quality and distinctive character of their work into a new brand identity — and close the gap between lived values and external perception.
A typographic symbol for connection and growth
At the heart of the new brand world is a distinctive logo system that visually captures the dialogical nature of Manufaktur für Wachstum’s coaching approach. The starting point is a characterful wordmark with subtle references to craftsmanship. From the interaction of the initials “M” and “W”, an independent symbol emerges that combines closeness, movement and development. Carefully shaped curves and transitions add lightness to the mark and reference growth as a living, internal process.
A design system with clarity and character
The new brand world works like a flexible modular system: clear, versatile and full of personality. Distinctive typography, energetic colors and pointed messaging create a balance between precision and warmth. Poetic illustrations and an original visual language make abstract topics such as leadership, culture and transformation feel more tangible and emotionally engaging.
A digital brand world with depth
The new website translates the depth and complexity of the coaching work into a distinctive digital experience. Concise messaging, atmospheric imagery and refined design details convey clarity, personality and emotional closeness. Instead of relying on typical coaching clichés, the website focuses on attitude, character and emotional resonance — positioning Manufaktur für Wachstum as a distinctive and unmistakable presence within a crowded coaching market.
